Have had a slow leak from our toilet for some time. Finally decided to have it looked at. Did a random search for local family-owned plumbing businesses and found J.D. Plumbing LLC. Contacted via their online method and within 15 minutes received a call from them. They had availability that same day. Josh showed up within 20 minutes of when they called to tell me they were on their way. Josh, along with me giving him information regarding prior repairs, determined that repair unfortunately wasn’t a option due to a hairline fracture and that replacement was the only option. Within 20 minutes, Josh presented me with three estimates via email. After considering the options and deciding to have them provide the materials (the Kohler toilet) so that BOTH materials AND labor would be warranted for 2 years, I submitted the electronically provided estimate/agreement via email and within 10 minutes received the call from their office manager (Carlie…I think…if I remember incorrectly, my apologies) to schedule a time. The next day/morning, Josh was at my home shortly after 9am to install the new toilet and within an hour or so, had the job completed. Professional, timely, and courteous service from a business that when we have ANY plumbing issue, J.D. Plumbing is our go to! Thanks Josh and J.D Plumbing. Great Job!!

JD Plumbing wants to make sure whatever they're helping you with works. They've taken time to fix, install and to explain things to everyone in my family that has asked. And we have a great hot water system in our house because of them. We're lucky to have these two as our plumbers. Josh and Dale of JD Plumbing have been to my house to help me more times than any other service professional in my life. I wouldn't ask for a smarter or kinder group of guys to be here. My family bought our dream house and with that we unfortunately got a house with a lot of neglect that wasn't seen until after we had moved in. Josh had serviced our water heater at our old house. When we moved into the new house we had him do the same at the new house. While he was out he checked our water softener and noticed a crack that was leaking. He talked with me about the benefits of a new tank and immediately ordered one for us and installed that with Dale. Our tankless water heater is a combi boiler and while JD was able to help us with the hot water side we needed another company to look at the boiler side. When that company broke our old tankless water heater my wife called JD Plumbing to see if they might be able to give us a better deal on a new one. They saved us thousands and were able to get delivery faster. We would have been without water for over a week if it wasn't for JD's quick action to order and install the tankless and get us working hot water. There were some issue with the new water heater and they came out immediately, respecting their new install warranty every time. They were on the phone with me teaching me things, and came out to find and fix issues from when the house was built. They've given us so much of their time because they heard every issue and worked to make sure everything was working as it should. Their prices have always been fair and their willingness to walk you though issues, fixes or even new options is something that's hard to find these days. I'll say it again, we're lucky to have these two as our plumbers.
